2. Real Estate Listing Guidelines
Agents and property managers submitting listings must ensure all property photos, locations, pricing, and specs are accurate and non-misleading. Fraudulent or duplicate listings will be deleted without refund.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions to Pro Agent tiers are processed monthly via Paystack. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard before your next billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
NigeriaHomes acts as a discovery marketplace platform connecting property seekers with verification hosts and agents. We recommend completing physical inspections before making monetary commitments.
